Lee grew up in the Keswick area then graduated from Huddersfield with an honours degree in business law. After graduation he commenced a career in financial services, initially as a tied adviser for an insurance company. With a desire to offer Independent Financial Advice, he joined O'Reilly in 2000 and became a partner in 2004.

In 2008 the partners of O'Reilly acquired Yoredale Investment Services Ltd and formed O'Reilly Financial Services LLP. Lee's time is mainly focused on the management of the two financial services businesses.

Originally from Whitehaven, Denis has lived in Penrith for the past 35 years. Denis started his career in Financial Services in 1988 with Refuge Assurance, where he worked his way through the ranks to eventually become Kendal Branch Manager. During his time at Refuge Assurance and latterly United Friendly, he worked with both Lee Watson and Steve Mclellan. In November 1999 he left United Friendly to work as a financial advisor for Barclays Bank and within this role he worked in various branches throughout Cumbria gaining valuable experience in a different environment. He joined O'Reillys in November 2004 as an Independent Financial Advisor, and has helped in the continuing expansion of the N T O'Reilly Financial services Team. Denis's hobbies include Rugby League, Cricket and socialising.

Originally from Whitworth in Lancashire, Steve started a career in financial planning with a major home service company where he completed the professional Financial Planning Certificate. In 1996 he moved to Cumbria having being promoted to assistant branch manager. With over 10 years in Financial Services, Steve joined O'Reilly in 2006 as Senior Paraplanner for the Financial Services Department. He was appointed financial services team manager in 2008.

Adrian was born in Poland close to Krakow and moved to London in 1997. Since then he has been employed in the world of finance and accounting as the field of financial planning has always interested him. Adrian and his family recently moved to Lake District from Bristol and joined O'Reilly's in April 2008 as PA to Denis Turnbull. Adrian is currently working towards the Certificate of Financial Planning and hopes to expand his knowledge in this field. At work he assists Denis and is also responsible for the analysis and interpretation of financial products available on the market. In leisure time, his interests include photography, skiing and music.

After 20 years working in the Banking Sector, Julie joined O'Reilly in 2004 as Senior Admin Assistant in the FSA Dept.

Richard was born in Dumfries and has lived in South West Scotland for much of his life. He entered the financial services industry in 2004 with a well known insurance company before leaving to embark on new challenges. He returned to financial services in 2008 and gained valuable experience with a small firm in South west Scotland. He joined our firm in March 2009 as a paraplanner to Lee Watson. Richard has the full Financial Planning Certificate and appropriate mortgage qualifications. Currently studying for further exams and hopes to ultimately gain Chartered Financial Planner Status.
